Meeting on Economic Policy

Cabinet members from economy-related government offices and lawmakers from political parties in charge of decision-making held a meeting on economy policy on the Oct. 24 morning at a restaurant for special guests in the National Assembly building. Among the attendees were Rep. Chung Woo-taek of the United Liberal democracy, Rep. Lee Sang-bae of the Grand National Party, Rep. Rhim Chae-jeong of the Millennium Democratic Party (MDP), Cheon Chul-yun, deputy premier for economy and finance, Jang Seung-woo, Minister of Planning and Budget, Lee Geun-yeong, chief of the Financial Supervisory Commission and Rep. Kang Un-tae of the MDP in order from the left.
