NK Leader Unlikely to Visit SK for AG

Jung Se-hyun, Reunification Minister said yesterday that North Korean leader Kim Jong-il promised to visit Seoul in the June 15 joint declaration, so it is not right for him to visit elsewhere, dismissing rumors that the reclusive North Korean leader might visit the Busan Asian Games.
He appeared on a KBS news program and said that the achievements at the 2nd meeting of the Economic Cooperation Promotion Committees were made possible thanks to the determination of Kim Jong-il. Regarding the railroad construction, the North Korean military might step back because it is related to the Trans-Syberian Railway construction.
