German Elbe River Dam Devastated by Heavy Rain Storm

Water is pouring out of the Elbe River dam in Germany on August 20, part of which collapsed across 20m in the worst heavy rain in Europe in 100 years. Due to this accident, at least 19 people were killed and 100,000 evacuated.
