Kimhae City under Water for 10 Days

It shines for the first time in more than a week on August 18, and clothes are hanging on a rooftop of a house located in Shisan-ri, Kimhae City in Southern province of Gyeongnam. Heavy rain has unleashed flooding across the rural area for 10 days.
