Manhattan to Be Newly Born

On 16th, the blueprints are revealed for the Ground Zero upon which the World Trade Center stood. Among the 6 drafts provided by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, a plan is included, which will earmark 1/3 or 2/3 of the land for construction of a memorial park.
