Odd-even Digit System During World Cup Period

One can pay road tolls in U.S. dollars on all highway tollgates during the World Cup period.

The Korea Highway Corp. (KHC) on the 28th prepared `General Supporting Measures for Foreigners` as above making it convenient for foreigners to use highways during World Cup period.

According to the measurement, U.S. dollar is available in all tollgates, and 47 resting places on the highways operate foreign exchange service.

In addition, KHC provides motorists with highway information, road condition, and tour information in World Cup cities and stadiums in English through the highway information service (1588-2505), and the operator in the Traffic Information Center offers the information in Chinese, Japanese, Germany, French, Spanish, or Russian by connecting foreigners to a professional interpreter, when they request.
