Users of 011,017 can use the same number and same mobile in the U.S.

SK telecom stated that it had ceremony for opening Korea-U.S. automatic Roaming service at Roaming service H.Q., of Verizone wireless at New Jersey, U.S.

Following this, users can take their mobile and use the same number from 23rd (KST).

19 main cities like New York, Los Angles, San Francisco, Washington D.C, Chicago, Boston, Las Vegas, and Hawaii etc. and the service are expected to expand in the whole of U.S. within this year.

For using this service, users should perform `NAM setting` that changes frequency channel of mobile in order to be compatible to Verizone wireless.

If it is set at airport or nationwide SK telecom service center once, users can change it by operating button on their second visit to U.S.

Fee in case of calling within the U.S. is 585 won per minute, and in case of calling from the U.S to Korea, it is 1,753 won per minute.

The U.S fee system of receiving is applied here, too, therefore, people have to pay 902 won per minute. 1566-2011.
