“We Are Waiting for Loving Hands“

This is the `love feeling thermometer`, established by the Community Chest of Korea on Dec.1st in front of the Seoul City Hall Square. When the amount of help-your-neighbor donation reaches 426 million won, the red gradation of the thermometer goes up by one degree. When the amount of donation reaches 42.6 billion won, which is the goal for two months, the temperature will be 100 degree. Although donation began more than ten days ago, the gradation still stays at zero.
