INTOSAI Proclaiming `Seoul Accords`

Lee Jong-Nam, Chairma of the Korean Board of Audit and Inspection (left), is proclaiming the `Seoul Accords` prior to the end of the 17th International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), at the Convention and Exhibition Center in Samsung-Dong, Kangnam-Gu, Seoul, on Oct. 27th, 2001. The `Seoul Accords` contains the necessity of audit institutions` participation into the policy decision and conduct processes and the external inspection standards for international organizations.
