``A civic gathering for the victims of nuclear bomb`` (leaders: Monk Han woo, Shin young chul), a non-government organization in Dakku, has decided to bring an action for nuclear bomb damage in Hiroshima against the U.S government with an organization in North Korea.
According to the civic organization in South Korea, they sent the first draft of the joint statement demanding reparation for nuclear bomb damage in Hiroshima to North Korea organization, `` the association of the victims in Joosun for anti nuclear bomb and peace`` through the hands of `` the association of nuclear bomb Korean victims in Japan (the leader: Lee Sil-Kun).`` (This event is approved by the Ministry of Unification.)
According to the civic organization in South Korea, if the organization in North Korea accepts the joint statements, they will issue the joint statement and have a demonstration demanding the reparation against the U.S in ``the international convention against nuclear bomb`` on Aug 6th, Hiroshima.
The first draft of the statement says, ``Despite of the grave responsibility of manufacturing and using nuclear bombs, the U.S government has evaded its responsibility and kept silence on this issue… We will do our best to attain the reparation, which will bring justice not only to the international committee of the human rights but also to the court of the U.S., an assailant country on this matter.``
The civic organization in the South Korea had once formed a plaintiff body consisted of 250 victims in Dakku area; and now they plan to include the victims in the North Korea and other area.
