Officials of the Korea National Red Cross (KNRC) put letters sent by 300 South Koreans to their separated family members in North Korea in pouches Thursday to be delivered to the North. KNRC plans to mail letters received from the North to their South Korean addressees beginning Friday, completing the first-ever exchange of letters between families separated between the South and North.
