Prime Minister Lee Han-Dong is outlining the government`s argument that the public funds that the state intelligence agency allegedly funneled into the former ruling New Korea Party should be returned to the state coffers. But he looks embarrassed after reading a memorandum submitted by the opposition Grand National Party (GNP).
