Snow slows traffic to Seoul

Bumper-to-bumper traffic moves at snail¡¯s pace on a highway Monday, the last day of the New Year holidays. All the highways of the nation suffered severe congestion due to the rush of cars returning to Seoul from hometowns or resorts. In particular, snowfall in Seoul and central areas of the nation added to the traffic jams until late at night.
