The government notified North Korea on Monday of the delegates attending the first inter-Korean working-level military commission talks to be held at 10 a. m. on Tuesday. At the talks to be held at Tongilgak on the northern side of the truce village of Panmunjom, the two sides will discuss matters related to the construction of an inter-Korean railway and paralleled highway.

Headed by Brig. Gen. Kim Kyong-Dok, deputy director of the military facility control department of the Defense Ministry, the six-member delegation comprises three colonel-level military officers and two civilian government officials.

The delegation will be accompanied by a six-member team of experts including Col. Chung Yung-Do, chief liaison officer of the Defense Ministry to the Military Armistice Commission.

The Seoul side will propose that the two sides exchange their respective plans on the inter-Korean projects and hold the working-level commission talks on a regular basis.

Meanwhile, Pyongyang has disclosed that the North Korean delegation will be composed of a deputy bureau director of the North Korean People's Army as its chief, but it has yet to notify to the South of the list of its delegates.
