FSS staff with their heads down

Officials and staff belonging to the Financial Supervisory Service(FSS) come out of the hall where a midnight rally was held Monday. At the rally, officials and staff pledged to abstain from stock trading, subscribing to private funds and other activities which may be deemed unethical.
