The South Korean Catholic Church delegation, which visited Pyongyang recently, agreed with North Korea`s Chosun Catholic Church Association to set up a noodle factory in Nampo City, North Korea, and supply needed goods to specific regions in North Korea though designated deposit by the ecclesiastical district.
Father Han Jung-Kwan, secretary general of the Catholic Church`s National Reconciliation Committee, led the Catholic Church delegation to North Korea from July 6 through 15. They presented a large truck, two 586-level personal computers and school supplies in reaching the agreement with their North Korean counterpart, according to the Peace Newspaper.
