Lee Ji-Yon, a broadcaster with the Korea Broadcasting System, who mastered over a phenomenal 1983 live telethon to find separated Korean families in 1983, expresses joy at finding the name of her brother on the North Korea`s list of applicants to be reunited with their southern kin on the 17th.
