Figure queen Kim Yuna breaks up with ice hockey player boyfriend

South Korean figure queen Kim Yuna recently broke up with her boyfriend and ice hockey player Kim Won-joong. Multiple sources in the ice sports community said Wednesday that the two ended their relationship last month. The star figure skater admitted in March her romantic relationship with the ice hockey player.

The pair reportedly broke up because of their busy schedules that kept them apart from each other. Kim Yuna is serving as a goodwill ambassador promoting the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics while attending a graduate school. Kim Won-joong is focusing on his training with a view to returning to Asia League Ice Hockey.

AllThatSports, Yuna`s agency, did not provide any official comment on the breakup.
