Korea-U.S. hold security talks

Korea`s Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin (right) and U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel shake hands Wednesday after a joint press conference at the Defense Ministry building in Yongsan, Seoul. They met for the 45th Korea-U.S. Security Consultative Meeting and shared common ground for the first time in public on the need to re-postpone wartime operational control.
