Defense chief`s apology

Solemn-faced Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin bows in apology at his ministry`s headquarters in Seoul`s Yongsan district Monday. He made a public apology after the military failed to spot a North Korean soldier defecting to South Korea across the heavily armed inter-Korean border.
