Cool scarf

E-mart unveils "Cool Scarf," which turns cool when drenched in water, in Seoul`s Seongdong district Sunday. Ice polymer grains inside the scarf swell when water is added, generating a cooling effect for two to three hours. The price ranges from 5,000 (4.30 U.S. dollars) or 9,000 won (7.70 dollars).
