Dancing N. Korean Soldiers

North Korean soldiers dance at a festival Tuesday marking the 50th anniversary of the “Leadership of the Military-first Revolution” by North Korean leader Kim Jong Il in Sukchon County, South Pyongan Province. Beginning this year, Pyongyang designated Aug. 25, when Kim reportedly followed his late father and predecessor Kim Il Sung to visit a military tank division in 1960, as the starting day of the military-first leadership and a national holiday.
