Ban on Corporal Punishment

A principal says, “A unilateral ban on corporal punishment without collecting opinions from schools is undemocratic,” after Kwak No-hyun, superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, ended his speech to high school principals Thursday on making schools corporal punishment-free at the office.
