PM Confirmation Hearing

Prime Minister-nominee Chung Un-chan yesterday attends his confirmation hearing at the National Assembly. On the Sejong City project to build a new administrative city, he said, “If a city is built, it should be self-sufficient. I believe the nation as a whole will suffer from administrative inefficiency.” Consequently, opposition lawmakers assailed him for his stalwart opposition to the project.
