Blocked Path to North Korea

North Korea has announced a halt to tours to the North Korean border city of Gaesong and cross-border train operations from Dec. 1. A roadblock is set up at the customs, immigration and quarantine office in Paju, near the border village of the Panmunjom yesterday.
