`Joint Action Needed`

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon (right) toasts with U.S. President George W. Bush yesterday in a dinner at U.N. headquarters in New York. Heads of state all mentioned the urgency of tackling the world financial crisis in their keynote speeches, with Ban urging a new leadership to cope with the crisis.
