Oil Price Falls Below $100 per Barrel

Dubai crude, Korea’s benchmark fuel import, yesterday fell below 100 U.S. dollars per barrel in five months.

Korea National Oil Corp. said the spot price of Dubai crude fell 2.88 dollars to close at 98.95 dollars per barrel, the lowest price since 99.63 dollars per barrel April 9.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, the future price of West Texas intermediate dropped 3.08 dollars to close at 103.26 dollars yesterday.
