Sad Cabinet Ministers

Shinzo Abe, Japanese prime minister, and ministers pay respects to the funeral car of the late Toshikatsu Matsuoka, Japan’s Minister of Agriculture, as the car passes before the prime minister’s residence on May 29. Matsuoka hanged himself on May 28 due to growing suspicions of his involvement in political slush fund scandals.
