On January 19, when the Seoul Southern District Court suspended enforcement of the Uri Party’s reformed party constitution, Uri Chairman Kim Geun-tae is sitting alone engrossed in thought in the National Assembly plenary session hall. Some Uri members are arguing that the party leadership should take responsibility for the court decision.
