Progress In Busan

APEC Summit talks were underway yesterday at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center between 21 leaders of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation countries. U.S. President George W. Bush (right in the photo on the left) had a friendly dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin after entering the conference room, and President Roh Moo-hyun (right on the photo in the middle) had a talk with the Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi. Prime Minister of Canada Paul Martin (right in the photo on the right) had a pleasant talk with Chinese President Hu Jintao, showing friendliness by putting his hand on Hu’s shoulder.
