U.S. Investigating Boat Accident

Investigation is underway as of October 3 around Ethan Allen, the small-size cruiser that was capsized the previous day on Lake George at Albany in upstate New York. The overturned boat claimed the lives of 20 passengers. Authorities were investigating whether a large passing tour boat created a wake that caused the accident. Meanwhile, the New York state authorities reported that safety regulations of carrying more than two crews were violated with the captain aboard alone.
