Autumn In Full Swing at Temple

Flowers are in full bloom and showing their beautiful figures at Seonun temple in Gochang-gun, North Jeolla Province. This flower is also called Sangsahwa due to the legend where a woman who came to hold a Buddhist mass felt pity for a Buddhist and was reborn. Yesterday was the Autumn Equinox, a day when the length of day and night are the same.
