Fed Increases U.S. Interest Rate

On August 9, right after the announcement by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) to raise the U.S. interest rate, stockbrokers at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) became busier. With the analysis that the FRB is more likely to promote a gradual increase in the interest rate rather than a sharp increase while maintaining the basis of increasing interest rates, the U.S. stock market showed an upward tendency.
