South-North Representatives Smiling

After a luncheon at a noodle restaurant in Ojang-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul on July 11, Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation Promotion Committee’s South Korean representative Park Byung-won, deputy minister of Finance and Economy (right), and North Korean representative Choe Young Gun, vice minister of Construction Material and Industry, are leaving the restaurant together with bright faces.
