George W. Bush May Not Exercise Veto

On May 24, George W. Bush is seen kissing a baby on the head who was adopted into an ordinary family from a freezing embryo in an Infertility Treatment Center. On the same day, after inviting 21 adopted children and their families to the White House to encourage them, President Bush urged an active movement for “embryo adoption,” saying, “Even though embryos are destroyed after being used for stem cell research, if they are adopted into some families like these children, they can be reborn into new lives.”
