The Lure of Green Plums

On May 17, the Yangjae branch of the Nonghyup (a.k.a. National Agricultural Cooperative Federation) Hanaro Club introduced green plums from Hadong Mountain in Gyeongnam Province, grown at a height of 400m above sea level. Green plums are ideal for making wine because of their strong tart taste, deep aroma, and firm flesh. One 10kg box is priced at 50,000~60,000 won.
