The Prosecution Launches Investigation into Full Swing

On April 12, the prosecution launched an investigation after the Board of Audit and Inspection asked for an inquiry on six people including then head of Korea Railroad Kim Se-ho (vice minister of Construction and Transportation) who are allegedly involved in Korea Railroad’s oil field investment in Russia. The prosecution referred the case to the special investigation department in the Seoul Central District Prosecution to conduct the investigation.
