On September 21, U.S. President George W. Bush (left) asserted the inevitability of the war in Iraq through his keynote address at the 59th United Nations General Assembly held in New York, U.S.A. However, Secretary General Kofi Anan of the United Nations received the address rather indifferently and criticized the U.S.’ unilateralism. President Bush and the secretary general are awkwardly raising their glasses for a toast.
