“Come Enjoy Sturgeon Special”

The Chinese restaurant at the 63 Building in Youido, Seoul, introduced a steamed sturgeon, with a length of 50 cm, as a new item on its menu on June 21. “The whole steamed sturgeon is the first in Korea,” the restaurant explained and added, “We reduced the amount of oil to obtain a chewy and plain taste.” The price is 120,000 won for one shark, and it serves five to six people.
