Creeping Cars in Rush Hours

Due to the severe snowstorms, which fell since the dawn of December 8, in the Seoul metropolitan area, the commuters are suffering on the frozen road, creeping through their way to work. Except for some parts of the southern area, most of the areas in the country are faced with these snowstorms, resulting in “tardy” situation in some of the big cities.
