China’s Dai Bingguo Visiting Korea

Executive Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, Dai Bingguo, is entering Korea through the Incheon Airport on November 9 and waving from his car to his accommodation. He is visiting to discuss holding the second six-party talks with the Korean government. He is also looking around the Industrial Complex in Pohang, Gyeongbuk and will depart for Japan on November 12.
