Thousands of People Gather for Application of Residential and Commercial Compound Building

Thousands of people crowed together in the model house of “The Star Sharp Star Park,” Posco Construction’s residential and commercial compound building in Jungja-dong, Bundang, Sungnam-si, Kyoungi-do, to submit applications on October 23. About 30,000 people visited the model house until 3 p.m. this day, and heavy traffic jam was caused due to a long line of people stretching more than 1 km long who were unable to enter the model house. The Sharp Star Park has 378 houses of 34 and 47 pyong, at a cost of 14 million won per 1 pyong. It is rather expensive; however the competition rate for trying to secure a property will easily exceed 100 persons for every property.
