Snow in Bloom over Flower

On April 9, an exotic scene is unfolded in Kangwon Province. With more than 20 cm of snow fallen on earth, the snow-covered flowers in full bloom are creating a winter in the middle of spring. It is the third time during the past decade that April has so much snow in this region.
