As record-breaking heavy snows in decades fell in the U.S., residents in Washington are passing by the U.S. Capitol on skies. Heavy snows that hit the Washington area from the evening of Feb.15 again, caused traffic disruptions, including grounding flights in Reagan International Airport and Baltimore-Washington Airport.
