Minister-level Talks

Kim Young-sung, who leads the North Korean delegation for the 9th minister-level talks between the two Koreas, is being welcomed, upon arrival at the Incheon International Airport on January 21, by his counterpart Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy Yoon Jin-shik.
