Video Conferencing with Cellular Phone

Samsung Electronics announced on the 5th that it will introduce camcorder phone SCH-V310 by which one can communicate with another seeing the face within this month.

Different from the existing cameraphone, Camcorder phone is a new cellular phone type with embedded digital camera combining camcorder of 110 thousand pixels, so one can film and play animated picture.

Samsung Electronics also planned to introduce two models(SCH-V330, SPH-V3000) of 300 thousand pixels-level camcorder phone with various functions of nine-step double digital zoom function, filming and playing animated pictures and audio for twenty minutes, multicut(sequent filming of several pictures with one shuttering) of eleven per second.
