5∼20% Discount for Internet Purchase of International lines Air Tickets

International airline ticket can be purchased at 5~20% discount using Internet.

As Korea Air has operated the new internet reservation system, it decides to provide 5% cheaper prices for air tickets for international airlines to customers who purchase the air ticket through the website (www.koreanair.co.kr) until the end of August (base of boarding date).

Only some international lines were discounted in the past, but now all lines have been discounted..

Lee, Wu-Sang, the manager of Internet Team, Korea Air said, “The new reservation system focuses on the simple and various inquiry of the price information. We give a discount to increase the rate of the new system”.

Asiana Airlines has provided the tickets for international airlines at 5∼20% discount to customers who purchase through website (flyasiana.com) until the end of August.

Areas for the discount price include China, Japan, Southeast Asia, America, Europe and Australia. The discount rate depends on the airline and boarding date.

Two airlines have given the discount of 5∼10% in prices to customers who purchase the international lines air tickets through Internet from the early of the year.
