British Public Servants Demanding Pay Raise

President Dave Prentice and members of the UK public service union are waging a demonstration with holding miniatures of one penny in front of the Houses of Parliament. 1.2 million public officials in local governments all across the UK except North Scotland went on strike demanding pay raise and improved working condition.

The strike is the largest of it kind since 1979.
