A lot of people are concerned about gaining weight but there are also many people who feel envious of them. No doubt, it is a great source of anxiety if someone eats properly but continues to lose weight. These people need to have medical examinations to determine whether they have diseases like hyperthyroidism, diabetes, cancer or melancholia.
But if they have remained underweight for several months or years, chances are remote that they have a disease. A constant weight means that their caloric intake and consumption are almost the same.
People have their own unique physical constitutions. Some people gain weight even though they eat like a bird while others lose weight despite eating like a horse. If those belonging to the latter group eat excessively to increase their weight, it will only lead to digestive problems and damage their health.
Thin people should set a goal of gaining perhaps 0.5 to 1 kg a month. In that way, they can increase their body fat and boost their weight without hurting their muscles and bones.
They should also increase consumption of high-calorie foods but ensure that their meals are still well balanced. Each meal should contain proper amounts of protein, sugar, fat and vegetables. Using some oil when cooking will help increase calories.
The most important thing is to eat regularly and not focus too much on gaining weight. Don`t trouble yourself about being too thin, just focus on eating a little bit more. You will find yourself with a chubby face just a few months later.
