Kim Jong-Il visits cosmetics factory

North Korean Defense Commission Chairman Kim Jong-Il conducts on-the-spot guidance from Jan. 23 to 23 in Shinuiju, a northern border village, while returning from his secretive visit to China. Kim is inspecting a cosmetics factory there.
